| | Dr Hamish Meldrum – Director and CEO Hamish is a co-founding owner of the Ochre Health Group and as both CEO and an executive director assists in the provision of strategic direction and clinical leadership to Ochre Health medical centres, allied health services and hospital medical service management contracts.With 15 years GP experience in urban and rural practice in both Australia and New Zealand, including 5 years as a GP Obstetrician in the rural NSW town of Bourke and another two years as a rural GP locum, Hamish is committed to providing the highest standard of health care to rural and remote communities |
 | | Dr Ross Lamplugh - Director Ross is a co-founding owner of the Ochre Health Group and is an executive director with responsibilities for business development, finance and the clinical oversight of recruitment services.
Ross brings 20 years of clinical experience to the company, which includes 10 years as a GP Anaesthetist in rural and remote Australian communities and a role as Medical Superintendent for Palm Island Hospital serving a remote Queensland Indigenous community. Ross is also a former Deputy Director of Medical Services at the Royal Hobart Hospital and is actively involved in medical education.

| | Lindsay Phillips - Director Lindsay is a non-executive director representing Lazard Carnegie Wylie’s investment in the Ochre Health Group.
Head of Private Equity, Lazard Carnegie Wylie, Lindsay has broad international business, finance and investment banking experience in the United Kingdom, USA and Australia.
He is a company director of a number of businesses in a broad range of manufacturing and service industries. |
| | Sean Green - Chief Financial Officer Sean has 20 years experience in business, information technology and financial management, holding senior management positions for over 10 years including positions with the Western Australian Health Department (Manager, Finance and Administration for the West Pilbara District Health Service), Queensland Health (Business Manager at a large teaching hospital in Brisbane), and the Tasmanian Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Sean, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Management) and is a Member of CPA Australia, is based in Hobart and manages the commercial and financial operations of the Ochre Health Group. |
| | Peter Tognetti - General Manager Health Services Peter has 30 years health care administration experience as a senior manager of specialist medical, general practice, diagnostic, day surgery and allied health centres.
Peter has prior experience in management roles in the pathology and radiology sectors and has held senior financial and operational management roles in the NSW public hospital system.
Peter is responsible for medical practices and health services and is based in the Sydney Office.

| | Dr Andrew Patterson - Director of Medical Services Andrew comes to Ochre Health after working as a general practitioner for the past 30 years. During this time he also served as a medical officer in the Australian Army, both Regular and Reserve, including operational deployments to Cambodia, east Timor and Iraq.
Andrew completed a Master of Health Administration at New South Wales University and provides medico strategic management for the health services division of the business. He also plays an active role in the professional development and clinical mentoring of our doctors.
Andrew is based in the Sydney office, and still works as a part-time GP in the city.

 | | Justin Smith - General Manager Recruitment Justin joined Ochre Recruitment in 2007. Before joining Ochre, Justin was responsible for the recruitment of Health care professionals for the Department of Defence and also has many years experience in the Communication and IT sector.
Justin has worked in all sections of Medical Recruitment industry especially rural and remote placements and has an intimate understanding of the system and how to achieve outstanding results.

 | | Angela Mason - Specialist Practice Management Adviser Angela has 25 years senior nursing and medical centre practice management experience, and is a part-time University lecturer in Practice Administration. Angela is a Registered Nurse and holds a Cert. Nursing Management, Dip Practice Management and a Certificate IV Workplace Training. She is a past National President of the Australian Association of Practice Managers, and a current practice accreditation surveyor with AGPAL Australia.
Angela is responsible for accreditation of all medical centres, nursing support and specific practice management projects. |
