Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS)

Ochre was engaged by LCHS to map the General Practice and overall capacity of health resources in the Latrobe Valley and to advise on the role of the Latrobe Community Health Service in the provision of General Practice services.

Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH) – Barwon Region

Ochre was engaged by OATSIH to conduct clinical reviews of Dhauwurd Wurrung Elderly and Community Health Services and the Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative as well as an analysis of the primary health care needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Barwon South West Region of Victoria, complete with recommendations for alternatives to enhance service delivery.

Ilpurla Aboriginal Corporation

Ochre was engaged by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing to conduct an organisational review of the Ilpurla Aboriginal Corporation, Central Australia. This included mapping and predicting current and future substance use patterns of the Central Australian community, predicting the level and variety of services required to tackle substance abuse over the coming years and making recommendations on how to improve the efficacy and sustainability of the Ilpurla Substance Use Program.
