Overview
Ochre Health Medical Centre Lithgow joined the Ochre network on the 31st of March 2015. Previously known as Lithgow Family Practice this clinic is well established in the community and comes with a team of dedicated Doctors and staff.
The town of Lithgow is located within the central tablelands of NSW and is the gateway to the Blue Mountains, approximately 150 kms from Sydney.

Associate Professor John Dearin – General Practitioner (FRACGP, FACRRM, MBBS)
Dr John Dearin has worked in Lithgow since 2000 practicing  as a GP for the local community and a VMO for the hospital. He is also the Head Professor of Lithgow Clinical School providing education for Medical Students.
John won the ‘Local Legend’ Award in Lithgow for his contribution of medical practice to the area, and higher education from the Lithgow Clinical School.
Specialty Interests: General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics

Dr Kin Tan – General Practitioner (MBBS, FRACGP)
Kin graduated in 1989. He has worked in hospitals; Wollongong as an intern, then St Vincents and Malaysian hospital as a Medical Officer.
From 1994-2010 Kin practiced as a GP in Malaysia and then came to Lithgow in 2011.

Dr Sengordon Ramachandra – General Practitioner (MD)
Dr Ramachandra graduated in 1998 and has been practicing in the Australian medical field for more than 10 years, of which 7 years contributes to General Practice.
Sengordon speaks English, Tamil, Sinhalese and Russian.

Dr Jamak Mansouri – General Practitioner (MBBS, MD, DCH)
Dr Jamak started working in Lithgow in May 2015. She graduated in 2013 and has a diploma in Children’s Health.
Specialty Interests: Paediatrics, Womens health, Geriatrics, Family Medicine and all aspects of General Practice

Dr Sadia Hoque – General Practitioner (MBBS, DCH)
Dr Hoque graduated from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2005. After relocating to Australia in 2008, she worked in the fields of general medicine, paediatric, obstetrics, psychiatric and palliative care. In 2015, Dr Hoque embarked upon a career in general practice. She enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
Specialty Interests: All aspects of General Practice.

Dr Yen Li Lim – General Practitioner (MBBS, DCH)
Dr Lim commenced her General Practice Registrar Training in February 2016 and has worked in Blackheath before joining to Ochre Health Lithgow. She aims to complete FPAA National Certificate in Sexual & Reproductive Health for Doctors by Family Planning NSW this year.  Upon completion of her medical degree, Dr Lim worked in critical care and anaesthesia in Western Sydney. She also possesses a BA (Psychology, Sociology) and Masters of Public Policy from Sydney University.
Specialty Interests: General practice, Preventative medicine & Travel medicine.
