Welcoming Sally Gardner and Lorenzo Serva

Sally Gardner and Lorenzo Serva have recently joined the Ochre Health Head Office Team in Sydney.

Sally has joined Ochre Health as our Rural Manager. She will be ‘flying the Ochre Health flag’ in the rural and remote areas of Australia. Sally will work with councils, health departments and hospitals to present Ochre Health solutions for health issues effecting rural communities.

Sally previously worked for Defence in Base Health Services within the National Operations space. Prior to that, Sally spent a number of years working in the Northern Territory, providing health recruitment and contract services to rural and remote communities.

Sally was born and raised in Papua New Guinea and loves her cup of coffee each day to keep her sense of humour.

Lorenzo Serva has joined Ochre Health as our National HR Manager with over 10 years’ experience across Europe and Australia. Lorenzo commenced his career in Europe, in the banking sector before moving to Australia in 2011, where he worked for a not-for-profit.

Prior to joining Ochre Health, Lorenzo worked in a disability service organisation as Corporate Services Manager for the five sites around Sydney metropolitan area.

In 2012, Lorenzo completed his Master in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Sydney. He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at Macquarie University.

Lorenzo is keen to use his expertise to establish a human resource function within the Ochre Health Group, and looks forward to visiting as many practices as possible – current and future ones!

In his free time, Lorenzo enjoys travelling (in particular when destinations are somewhere in the old Europe), getting around Sydney for concerts and art exhibitions and continuing his work in the not-for-profit space.

We would like to welcome both Sally and Lorenzo to Ochre Health and wish them well in their respective roles.
